It's worth noting that most midi loft beds that have desks require a standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with a wooden slatted base. The price of the bed does not include the mattress. We suggest checking our mattress deals to find one that is within your budget.

Mattress
Most midi beds are fitted with standard UK single mattresses. The top bunk is equipped with a safety rail to give you security. Some models feature an trundle drawer with a pull-out that can be used to host sleeping overs, or for adding more storage space under the bed. These can either be open or have doors (please look at the product's details for full information).
Many midi cabins come with a desk that can be moved from one level to the other or chests. This gives children their own space to store all of their belongings. This also means they don't have to take up valuable floor space by putting up heavy shelving or wardrobes.
A few of the models have taken it an extra step with cabinets that are flush mounted or is part of the headboard or footboard. This is ideal for storage of books and toys.
